Bring your leadership skills to this rapidly growing Community Healthcare Center.  Develop and drive OD strategy and associated learning programs that will shape minds, maximize performance, and ensure the continuation of quality patient care.

Step into this high-level role, responsible for developing and directing the implementation of strategies that address areas including leadership development, transition management, organizational assessment and design, strategic planning, and culture and employee development.  Oversee the Employee and Talent Development department and the Teaching (Residency) programs.  Ensure that processes are consistent across the organization, and identify opportunities for improvement. 

We’re seeking an innovative, collaborative and highly accountable professional with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.  To qualify, you must have at least five years of experience with demonstrated success in orchestrating organizational change and development.  Also preferred: experience with Community Healthcare and indigent populations, as well as bilingual Spanish proficiency.
