Ximena Spicer (she/her)
Ximena's background is rooted in learning and development – with more than twenty years of experience facilitating trainings, coaching teams and individuals, training managers, mentoring trainers, and producing and publishing award-winning curriculum.
As a former COO, Ximena draws on her extensive practical experience working with executive leaders, management groups, and operational and creative service teams. Ximena brings this real-world insight to her work accompanied by her accessible approach and tool-kit of learning strategies. Ximena is a Certified Everything DiSC® Trainer, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Authorized Partner, and holds a Korn Ferry 360 Certification and Certification in Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
