Theresa has been in the organizational development world for nearly 30 years. She has worked with and coached hundreds of leaders and professionals to become even more effective. Her coaching focus is based on real life applications, not theory. Over 80% of her clients receive promotions, take higher-level positions, or assume a greater level of responsibility while coaching with her.

Theresa’s experience in education, executive leadership, and business, combined with her practical and positive approach, gives her a unique perspective for supporting individual, team and organizational growth through skilled listening, transformative questions, and objective insights.

Ximena Spicer

Ximena's background is rooted in learning and development – with more than twenty years of experience facilitating trainings, coaching teams and individuals, training managers, mentoring trainers, and producing and publishing award-winning curriculum.

As a former COO, Ximena draws on her extensive practical experience working with executive leaders, management groups, and operational and creative service teams. Ximena brings this real-world insight to her work accompanied by her accessible approach and tool-kit of learning strategies. Ximena is a Certified Everything DiSC® Trainer and holds a certification in Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
